Job summary

Ministry of Law is seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer / Software Test Analyst to own quality assurance for enterprise web applications in a dual-mode production support and feature delivery environment.

The role requires hands-on testing across functional, integration and AI-enabled capabilities, with regression coverage, test automation, and collaboration with analysts, developers and stakeholders to ensure release readiness and quality governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing/QA experience in enterprise IT systems.
• Ability to plan test strategies, scenarios, cases and data for regression suites.
• Experience with web-based or enterprise applications with complex workflows.
• Experience testing APIs/interfaces/integrations and end-to-end data flows.
• Hands-on automation experience and ability to implement practical automation solutions.
• Ability to validate AI-enabled capabilities and probabilistic outputs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and drive end-to-end testing across production support and feature delivery.
• Execute functional, system, integration and regression testing; ensure coverage and traceability.
• Develop and maintain automated tests; integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform SQL data validation and validate complex business rules.
• Manage defects from triage to closure and communicate risks clearly.
• Support AI-enabled testing, including datasets, evaluation and audit trails.
