Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of internal audit experience in financial services.
• Strong background in audit methodology, QA, planning and governance reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Drive Group Audit’s strategic agenda by translating strategy into governance, methodology and reporting.
• Establish and maintain governance standards and professional practices to support the Group Audit mission.
• Develop and maintain audit methodology, standards, guides and related documentation.
• Implement quality assurance and improvement programs aligned with IIA standards.
• Lead stakeholder reporting to the Audit Committee, CEO and Regulators with clear insights.
• Oversee audit analytics, digital initiatives and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators to ensure cohesive delivery.
