Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced technology audit professional to strengthen governance and risk resilience. You will lead the technology scope of audits across Consumer Banking and Private Banking, identify key technology risks, and collaborate with business units to ensure effective controls.

A university degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required, with 3–5 years in technology audit or IT risk.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or CRISC are highly preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in technology audit, IT risk management, or related field, with experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with consumer/private banking strongly preferred.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and identifying key risks and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology scope of audits across Consumer Banking and Private Banking, identifying key technology risks and controls.
• Perform fieldwork to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of application controls.
• Apply advanced audit analytics to identify risk patterns, anomalies and control weaknesses.
• Prepare clear working papers and draft audit findings supported by evidence for senior review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to communicate audit findings and remediation plans.
• Manage a team of auditors and review working papers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Encourage use of data analytics and automation to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
