Job summary

CellResearch Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Head of Product Development & Regulatory to own the end-to-end flow from brief to shelf across cosmetics lines. You will manage regulatory clearance, product dossiers, MOUs with manufacturers, and ensure compliance for markets including US, EU, UK, Singapore, and Canada.

This role blends commercial leadership with deep regulatory expertise, requiring collaboration with marketing, sales, and supply chain to drive launches with compliant labeling

Qualifications

• At least five years hands-on in regulatory affairs for cosmetics and personal care.
• Experience preparing PIFs, filings and working with outside formulators and manufacturers.
• Experience reading INCI lists, toxicology and stability reports to inform regulatory strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own new products from brief to shelf, ensuring formula, packaging, testing, regulatory clearance and production are aligned.
• Lead regulatory registrations and documentation across multiple markets (US, EU/UK, Singapore, Canada).
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and external agents to ensure filings, labeling and substantiation are current.

Education

Degree in chemistry, pharmacy, cosmetic science, biology
