• 10+ years in procurement, supply chain, warehouse and logistics in electronics/semi manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading large teams (30–50 staff across functions).
• Strong strategic sourcing, supplier management, inventory control and logistics expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Department - Procurement to lead and oversee the company's end-to-end procurement, warehouse and logistics operations within a semiconductor or Electronics manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will lead a team of over 40 staff across Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, cost optimization, inventory management and timely delivery to support business and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of over 40 staff across Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics functions.
• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, spare parts and services to support uninterrupted production.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, stock accuracy, material handling and storage management.
• Manage logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, transportation, import/export and delivery coordination.
• Drive cost reduction, process improvements and operational efficiency across all functions.
• Establish KPIs and monitor team performance, service levels, inventory turnover and procurement savings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, safety standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Engineering, Finance and other stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
• Build team capabilities, develop succession plans and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, warehouse and logistics management, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record in leading large teams, preferably managing 30-50 staff across multiple functions.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, inventory control and logistics operations.
• Experience in ERP systems, supply chain planning and inventory management processes.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
