Competenze

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in procurement, supply chain, warehouse and logistics in electronics/semi manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading large teams (30–50 staff across functions).
• Strong strategic sourcing, supplier management, inventory control and logistics expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.

• Lead and manage a team of 40+ staff across Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics.
• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with manufacturing objectives.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation and performance management.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, spare parts and services for production.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, transportation, import/export and delivery coordination.
• Drive cost reduction, process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance, service levels and procurement savings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Engineering and Finance to meet operational needs.
• Build capabilities, succession plans and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
