Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Operations to lead and continuously improve the Portfolio Operations capability. You will translate portfolio data into actionable insight, enable executive decision-making and ensure governance, reporting and processes operate across the Product Development Portfolio.

• Significant experience in portfolio or programme management within a complex org.
• Experience enabling senior leadership decisions through reporting and recommendations.
• Experience developing improving portfolio or business management processes.
• Strong analytical capability translating data into business insight.
• Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Experience preparing executive reporting and decision-support materials.
• Experience leading teams, delivering change, embedding new ways of working.
• Understanding of product development, portfolio management and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Dyson's Portfolio Operations capability.
• Translate portfolio data into actionable insight for executive decision-making.
• Oversee governance, reporting and cadence across Dyson's Product Development Portfolio.
• Champion portfolio management and drive adoption across units and functions.
• Manage Portfolio Operations and Portfolio Insight teams with coaching and development.
• Ensure delivery and governance are integrated to support enterprise decisions.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews and prepare senior leadership decision materials.
• Develop portfolio scenarios and analyses to inform prioritisation and investment.
