Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience and/or qualifications in engineering.
• About 10 years of working and team leadership experience.
• Excellent analytical, coordination and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Cross-functional coordination and cultural competence in bilateral, regional and international environments.

Responsibilities

• Safety: conduct safety analysis and develop technical competencies for regulatory requirements.
• Security: develop technical requirements for security of nuclear materials and installations; fulfil international obligations.
• Safeguards: build capabilities in safeguards inspections and accountancy; fulfil international safeguards obligations.
• Department Management: manage operations, budget and welfare of the department; supervise projects to budget and schedule; develop and coach team.
