• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with parts/assembly and NPI exposure.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in program management.
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in complex global environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and data-driven decision making.

It is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of NPI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The position drives strong cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, planning, and customer support to ensure seamless execution. It also manages budgets, risks, KPIs, and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
