traffic-pilots is seeking a Senior ASO Team Lead to build and manage a development team focused on mobile apps for iOS and Android. You will craft ASO strategies, monitor traffic metrics, and collaborate with marketing and design to align with user needs and trends.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, data-driven decision making, and the delivery of innovative approaches to improve team performance, with remote work and flexible start times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in a similar role (Team Lead, Head Developer).
• Deep understanding of ASO principles and experience with ASO traffic analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app development on iOS and Android (Swift, Kotlin, Java, etc.).
• Experience managing development teams with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and make data-driven decisions.
• Desire to develop and implement innovative approaches to improve team performance.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a team of developers working on mobile apps for App Store and Google Play.
• Develop and implement ASO strategies to increase app visibility and downloads.
• Analyze ASO traffic indicators using analytics tools and optimize based on data.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to meet trends and user needs.
• Support and improve existing apps and contribute to new projects.
• Mentor and train team members to develop their professional skills.
