Job summary

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is building a high-performance livestream product. We are seeking a product manager with 5+ years’ experience to own end-to-end Live experiences, including scalable video and chat, engagement, monetization, and safety features.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, data, growth, risk, and business stakeholders to shape the roadmap. Based in Singapore, you will drive GTM activities with BD, marketing and PR, while ensuring compliance and a data-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager, shipping live streaming, creator platforms, gaming, entertainment, or social products.
• Hands-on with Trust & Safety or content moderation tooling.
• Adequate experience in crypto industry understanding of trading funnels and risk/compliance constraints.
• Able to think and communicate logically, data sensitive and can accurately grasp customer mindsets.

Responsibilities

• Drive trading conversion via gamification & incentives, including paid digital goods, fan economy, leaderboards and more ways to deepen streamer-fan relationships.
• Build conversion surfaces, including contextual CTA modules (including follow, trade, set reminder, watchlist, etc.) and explore AI capabilities to create innovative event-driven boosts.
• Scale Live video & chatroom to 100k CCUs, drive the technical roadmap for video quality improvements across the platform, including encoding, delivery, and playback optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and execute a product roadmap.
• Partner with the recommendation algorithm team to improve discovery of Live streams.
• Own GTM by partnering with business development, marketing and PR teams to maximize the impact of the Live product.
