Job summary

OKX is building a vibrant in-app social community spanning content, livestream, and creator ecosystems. You will own the end-to-end Community & Live product, driving DAU, creator ratio, and trading conversion within a safety-first framework.

You will lead content strategy, user segmentation, and governance while partnering with marketing to scale engagement and monetization across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in social/media platforms.
• Hands-on with Trust & Safety or content moderation tooling.
• Solid understanding of crypto industry, trading funnels, and risk/compliance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the community and livestream product roadmap, including content strategy and discovery.
• Drive user segmentation and personalized experiences at scale.
• Define content quality standards and governance roadmap.
• Develop creator/fan economy features and lifecycle capabilities.
• Drive growth campaigns and partnerships to boost engagement and trading conversion.
