GovTech is seeking a Director, HR Business Partnering to lead the people strategy and HRBP delivery for an assigned portfolio. You will advise senior leaders on workforce, organisation and leadership decisions that shape delivery.

This requires understanding business priorities, challenging assumptions and making clear recommendations on competing needs and trade-offs. You will lead and develop a team of HRBPs, working with POD’s specialist and operations teams to deliver integrated people

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive HR experience partnering senior leaders in large organisations.
• Proven track record leading HRBP teams and delivering integrated people solutions.
• Strong capability in workforce planning, org design and change management.
• Credibility to influence senior leaders and challenge assumptions with data.
• Experience handling complex employee matters with good governance discipline.

Responsabilités

• Translate business priorities into a focused people agenda with clear outcomes.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce, organisation and leadership decisions.
• Lead and develop a team of HRBPs and partner with POD centres of expertise.
• Diagnose issues affecting organisational performance using workforce data and insights.
• Lead the people dimensions of transformation, restructures and workforce transitions.
