Job summary

National Healthcare Group Polyclinics seeks a Programme Manager to lead the strategic development and operational management of the Family Medicine Academic Clinical Programme (FM ACP) across multiple sites in Singapore. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage portfolios, and ensure processes align with organisational goals.

The role requires experience in cross-institutional research projects, IRB activities, and effective leadership of research staff.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Health sciences, Social Sciences, Research Administration, Public Policy, or Public Administration, Knowledge Management, or related area or discipline.
• Experience supporting the full cycle of cross-institutional collaborative research projects, as well as supporting Institutional Review Board activities, from application, management, documentation and reporting for studies involving human participants.
• Successful management and coordination of research staff, including research assistants, students and interns.
• Project/programme management experience with the ability to juggle and complete multiple projects with diverse stakeholders, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic establishment and development of FM ACP initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational strategy.
• Coordinate multi-site programmes, manage portfolios, and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Liaise with academic institutions, healthcare providers, regulators, and funders.
• Manage ground-level project coordination including logistics and resource allocation.
• Design and execute strategic communications and external profiling of the programme.
• Administer budgets and funding streams with procurement and governance compliance.
• Establish monitoring frameworks and prepare reports for leadership and partners.
• Support IRB processes for research components and ensure regulatory compliance.
