Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years (Associate) or 6 years (Executive Director) in Equities Operations or related function within a global financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives, Synthetic products, Cash Equities, Futures, Swaps, and trade lifecycle.
• Experience in managing operational risk and control frameworks in fast-paced trading environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-to-back post-execution support framework for Equity Derivatives and Synthetic products in Asia.
• Partner with Trading, Sales, Structuring, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams to drive enablement and risk mitigation.
• Oversee daily risk and trading surveillance, lifecycle events, and complex client activity across the Equities Synthetic business.
• Drive operational strategy, automation, and improvements to controls and client experience.
• Lead new product launches, expansion initiatives, and regulatory change programs with governance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational, client, and risk issues with sound judgment.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team delivering excellence.
