Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Singapore seeks an experienced equities operations leader to own front-to-back post-execution support for Equity Derivatives and Synthetic products across Asia. You will partner with Trading, Sales, and Compliance to drive risk mitigation, operational excellence, and strategic growth while guiding a high-performing team.

The role requires strong leadership, deep product knowledge, and the ability to manage complex processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives, Synthetic products, Cash Equities, Futures and Swaps.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage teams and drive initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Trading, Sales, Compliance and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-to-back post-execution support framework for Equity Derivatives and Synthetic products in Asia.
• Partner with Trading, Sales, Structuring and other teams to enable business and manage risk.
• Oversee daily risk, surveillance, corporate actions, and lifecycle events across equities.
• Drive strategy, automation, and process improvements to enhance scale and controls.
• Lead new product launches, regional/global projects, and regulatory change programs.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and mentor a high-performing team.
