Mediacorp is seeking an experienced product leader to build and lead a portfolio of internal enterprise and AI products that streamline work for our employees. You will co-own portfolio priorities with the Technology Strategy Office, set product roadmaps, and lead a small team of product managers while staying deeply involved in user discovery and prototyping.

Your first-year focus will be zero-to-one discovery, defining problems, validating ideas, and establishing effective product practices

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience building or managing digital products.
• 2+ years building AI products.
• Experience leading product teams while remaining an active practitioner.
• Track record of zero-to-one product work with validated ideas.
• Demonstrable AI-native practice with prototypes or experiments.
• Experience turning user needs into well-designed, technically sound products.
• Judgment on where AI adds value and its limitations.
• Experience navigating complex organisations and aligning stakeholders.
• Strong user empathy and technical fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Co-own portfolio priorities and maintain clear product roadmaps.
• Understand and identify unmet needs by collaborating with employees and business owners.
• Lead zero-to-one discovery and prototype with users to shape first release.
• Collaborate with engineering on feasibility, scope, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Work with UX designers and researchers to simplify complex workflows.
• Use AI tools to explore concepts and create working prototypes.
• Establish AI-native practices across the product team and governance.
