Job summary

Mediacorp Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on product leader to build and lead a portfolio of internal enterprise and AI products that streamline work for employees.

Working with the Technology Strategy Office, you will identify opportunities, set priorities, and turn ideas into products that deliver measurable value. This is a hands-on leadership role with people management responsibilities. You will develop a small team of product managers while staying involved in user discovery, scope

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience building or managing digital products.
• Experience leading and developing product managers while remaining an active product practitioner.
• Track record of zero-to-one product work with validated ideas and trade-offs.
• Demonstrable AI-native practice: you regularly use AI tools in product development and have prototypes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and UX teams to turn user needs into well-designed products.
• Sound judgment on AI impact and limitations in product workflows.
• Experience navigating complex organisations and aligning senior stakeholders.
• Strong user empathy, technical fluency, and decision-making ability.
• Experience building internal or enterprise products; familiarity with media workflows valued.

Responsibilities

• Co-own portfolio priorities with the Technology Strategy Office and maintain product roadmaps.
• Understand how work gets done, identify unmet needs, and distinguish product problems from process changes.
• Lead zero-to-one discovery from problem framing to prototype testing with users.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on feasibility, scope, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Work with UX designers to simplify complex workflows and review user journeys.
• Use AI tools to explore concepts and create working prototypes for early validation.
• Establish AI-native practices across the product team for research, prototyping, and testing.
• Coach and develop product managers while staying involved in discovery and prioritisation decisions.
• Partner with adoption teams on rollout plans and collect employee feedback for sustained use.
