Job summary

The role requires steering senior teams, securing new market opportunities, and managing full-cycle projects with cross-functional coordination to achieve profitability and strategic targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marine, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years in offshore/marine energy sector; 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong domain knowledge in marine energy operations, emerging green technologies, and carbon markets.
• Experience in tender preparation, proposals, and commercial project costing.
• Strategic, adaptable, and able to bridge high-level directives with operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrification team and drive adoption of sustainability and digital service offerings.
• Spearhead customer acquisition, marketing activities, and solution pitching for new market opportunities.
• Manage full-cycle customer projects, ensuring structured schedules, cross-functional coordination, and profitability.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to achieve commercial targets and business vision.
