Job summary

SGX Group is seeking a Head of Developer Experience in Market Engineering to advance secure engineering across SGX’s mission-critical financial systems. You will lead high-impact DevSecOps initiatives, set engineering standards, and drive secure, resilient delivery at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in DevSecOps, security engineering, platform engineering or technology leadership within complex, high-availability environments.
• Track record delivering projects with clear accountability for outcomes and senior management visibility.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of secure SDLC, CI/CD, SAST/DAST, SCA, container security, secrets management, and policy-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise CI/CD and automation standards.
• Establish IaC standards and platform automation capabilities.
• Lead DevSecOps standards and security automation patterns.
• Drive Developer Experience initiatives and engineering enablement.
• Lead platform engineering practices and capabilities.
• Oversee environment strategy and self-service adoption.
• Define engineering tooling standards and governance.
• Lead enterprise workflow automation programmes.
• Establish policy-as-code and compliance automation standards.
• Lead DevOps capability development and standardisation across teams.
• Design reusable agentic platform services to reduce toil and integrate across CI/CD, cloud, environment, security and observability workflows.
