• 10+ years of mechanical design experience, including data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• 3+ years in leadership overseeing a design team.
• Experience delivering mechanical design for hyperscale or enterprise data centres.
• Experience with end users, EPCs, MEP consultants, and OEM vendors.

• Lead end-to-end design for data centre projects from concept to handover.
• Own and improve design standards, specs, and basis-of-design documents.
• Review designs, calculations, and drawings from teams and external consultants.
• Drive energy efficiency, reliability, modularity, and cost considerations.
• Coordinate with project delivery, clients, regulators, and operations teams.
