TREVOSE PARTNERS EXECUTIVE PTE. LIMITED, a leading fintech stockbroking firm in Singapore, is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the compliance function for its local investment and stockbroking business. The role requires strategic oversight and deep regulatory expertise.

You will build and maintain the Singapore compliance framework, manage MAS relationships, supervise monitoring, risk assessments, audits, and regulatory reporting, and advise senior stakeholders on regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of senior compliance experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial services and stockbroking/investment regulation.
• Proven experience managing MAS relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Singapore compliance framework and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with MAS and other regulatory bodies.
• Oversee compliance monitoring, risk assessments, audits, breaches and regulatory reporting.
• Advise senior stakeholders and business teams on regulatory requirements.
• Maintain policies and procedures in line with regulatory developments.

Requirements

• 5+ years' senior compliance experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial services and stockbroking/investment regulation .
• Proven experience managing MAS relationships .
• Relevant degree in Law, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and leadership skills.
