Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a Regional KYC Team Manager in Singapore to lead 40–60 professionals across markets. You will own the book of work, optimize capacity, and ensure policy-compliant due diligence.

You will interact with Front Office, Compliance, and Global teams to maintain high standards and deliver timely MIS. A senior leader with 12+ years in financial services and KYC/AML is preferred.

Qualifications

• Expertise in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML operations and compliance.
• Proven guidance on PEPs, adverse media, and ownership structures.
• Experience leading teams of knowledge workers in a financial services setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional KYC team across multiple markets to ensure end-to-end due diligence.
• Oversee data integrity and MIS reporting for senior management.
• Drive process improvements and enable efficient, compliant operations.
