Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant management experience.
• Experience in cleaning services, facilities management, property management, hospitality or related service industry is preferred.
• Proven experience managing employees and multiple operational sites.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong sales and business-development skills.
• Good negotiation and client-management abilities.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's daily business and operational activities.
• Develop and implement operational plans, procedures and company SOPs.
• Set operational targets, KPIs and performance standards.
• Monitor overall company performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across all projects.
• Handle urgent operational matters and make timely decisions.
• Report business and operational performance to senior management.
