Job summary

multi wealth (singapore) pte. ltd. seeks an experienced leader to manage branded residence handovers, oversee inventory and defect rectification, and coordinate strata subdivision approvals for luxury hotel residential projects.

You will ensure governance, budgets, and pre-opening plans align with agreements and regulations. Key focus areas include purchaser handover, defect management, and seamless integration between W Residences and W Hotel, delivering high-touch resident experiences while

Qualifications

At least 15 years of relevant experience in branded residences development from pre to post TOP.
Experience in pre- and post-TOP planning, purchaser handover, defect management, operational mobilisation and MCST formation.
Strong knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act 2004 and Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act 1965, plus building codes/regulations.

Responsibilities

Advise project team on workmanship, maintainability, and potential defects from purchaser's acceptance perspective.
Establish governance framework, processes, milestones and reporting for handover and inventory management.
Ensure systems, service contracts, records and regulatory documentation are in place before opening.
Plan and oversee strata subdivision, MCST formation, and transfer of responsibilities to managers.
Coordinate branded residences with W Residences and W Hotel integration, maintaining brand standards.
