Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd. seeks a governance and data protection leader to drive enterprise-wide SOP coverage, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across all departments.

This role also serves as the Data Protection Officer, ensuring PDPA alignment, breach reporting, and process controls enterprise-wide. You will build a comprehensive SOP mapping matrix, establish standards for drafting and updating SOPs, advise process owners, monitor regulatory changes, and lead annual audit planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• CIA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of PDPA and data protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise SOP governance and coverage mapping across all units.
• Maintain framework architecture for SOP creation, validation and updates.
• Advise process owners and align procedures with funding and audit requirements.
• Monitor regulatory updates and flag non-compliance risks early.
• Formulate and execute an annual internal audit plan.
• Conduct routine and surprise audits to verify SOP adherence.
• Prepare audit reports and drive remediation with owners.
• Act as the DPO liaison for PDPA compliance and breach reporting.
• Develop LHUB’s Data Protection Management Programme (DPMP).
• Lead data incident response and statutory reporting within timelines.
• Maintain CET regulatory knowledge and relevant funding mechanics.
• Apply ISO standards to operational and administrative processes.
• Demonstrate influence without formal authority and drive accountability.
