Job summary

OCBC is recruiting an experienced Head of Accounts Payable in Singapore to lead the multi-entity AP operations and stabilise the function during a major transformation. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, procurement-led purchasing, and advancing automation initiatives in a regulated, banking environment.

You will partner with Group Finance, Procurement, Operations and Technology to embed ADD priorities, optimize spend visibility and strengthen controls while preparing a future Shared

Qualifications

• 20+ years in finance operations with high-volume AP/P2P experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• CA/CPA/ACCA and finance transformation exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership, governance and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AP operations across OCBC Group entities with unified processes.
• Own Oracle Fusion AP functionality, invoicing, payments and intercompany flows.
• Drive procurement-led purchasing, PO adoption and non-PO reduction.
• Support ADD initiatives: AI capture, IDP and RPA to boost efficiency.
• Ensure internal controls, compliance and audit readiness across AP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Group Finance, Procurement, Operations & Tech.
