Job summary

StarHub is seeking an experienced Identity product lead to drive IAM, SSO, and DLP initiatives with a focus on Google Workspace enablement. You will own the identity lifecycle, licensing, and processes while aligning with security and governance requirements.

You will partner with Security, IS, and business teams to uplift identity maturity, optimise access models, and deliver a secure, seamless user experience across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in identity management, security platforms, or enterprise product management.
• Proven experience delivering IAM, SSO, or access platforms in large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Experience with collaboration platforms (GWS, M365) from identity perspective preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Security, IS, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership for IAM, SSO, and DLP from requirements to delivery and optimisation.
• Drive GWS identity integration including user lifecycle management and SSO enablement.
• Define and manage identity-related licensing models for cost efficiency.
• Improve joiner-mover-leaver (JML) and access provisioning processes through automation and standardisation.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Risk to embed security, privacy, and compliance into identity design.
• Partner with IS delivery teams, vendors, and integrators to ensure timely implementation.
• Establish identity governance, including access standards, role models, and approval workflows.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and risk indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide clear product guidance and prioritisation to stakeholders and delivery teams.

This role owns the identity product lifecycle, including licensing, configuration, process optimisation, and user experience, while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and business needs.

Accountabilities

• Own the Identity product roadmap covering IAM, SSO, and DLP capabilities.
• Drive successful implementation and adoption of identity services, with GWS as a priority platform.
• Optimise licensing, access models, and identity-related processes to improve efficiency and control.
• Ensure identity solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Partner with Security, IS, and business stakeholders to uplift identity maturity across the organisation.
