Job summary

Mola Subsea Services PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced leader to manage and supervise commercial diving and underwater operations. You will ensure safe, efficient and profitable project execution in compliance with regulations and client requirements.

You will oversee planning, safety procedures, equipment readiness, manpower deployment and relationships with shipowners, managers and authorities, while maintaining project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Studies or related disciplines preferred.
• Recognised commercial diving qualifications.
• Diving Supervisor certification or equivalent competency preferred.
• Valid commercial diving medical fitness certification, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise commercial diving operations.
• Oversee underwater hull cleaning, propeller polishing and inspections.
• Supervise underwater welding, stern tube seal replacement and other subsea repairs.
• Prepare operational plans, method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate divers, supervisors, technicians, boat crews and subcontractors.
