Job summary

Mola Subsea Services PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Commercial Diving Supervisor to oversee and coordinate offshore diving operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.

The role requires leadership to direct dive teams, enforce IMCA and ADCI standards, and maintain meticulous dive logs and regulatory records for project tracking.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Diving Supervisor certification to legally and professionally oversee diving operations.
• Proven experience in offshore, marine, or subsea operations demonstrating capability to manage complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of diving safety procedures and regulations to uphold operational safety standards.
• Leadership and team management skills to direct and motivate diving teams effectively.
• Physical fitness and medical certification for diving operations to ensure capability to perform job duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all commercial diving operations to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Enforce compliance with IMCA and ADCI standards and relevant safety regulations during all diving activities
• Conduct toolbox meetings, risk assessments, and pre-dive briefings to prepare teams and mitigate risks
• Monitor diving activities continuously to maintain diver safety and respond promptly to any issues
• Maintain accurate dive logs, reports, and operational records for regulatory compliance and project tracking
• Liaise effectively with clients, project managers, and offshore teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment
