Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall kitchen operations.

• Ensures hygiene and sanitation of restaurant.
• Monitors food quality, quantity, and portion sizes.
• Plans orders for equipment or ingredients according to shortages.
• Supervises attendance and rostering for kitchen staff.
• Manages ERP-related tasks and responsibilities.
• Carries out additional culinary duties as assigned by Executive Chef or F&B Ops Manager.
