Job summary

Skyline HR (Asia) is seeking a Head Chef for a Korean Cuisine Kitchen in Singapore. The role requires at least 5 years as Head Chef in a Korean kitchen, with the ability to prepare all banchan from scratch and to lead a live seafood program.

Candidates should be proficient with a Chinese wok (5+ years) and experienced in Korean non-BBQ dishes; travel to Seoul for training is required. This position emphasizes high standards and skill in live seafood handling.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a Head Chef in a Korean Cuisine Kitchen.
• Knowledge and experience preparing all Banchan and side dishes from scratch.
• Open to travelling to Korea for training and skill development at our restaurant in Seoul.
• Experience using Chinese wok; at least 5 years.
• Experience doing Korean cook dishes (non BBQ).
• Able to prepare and cook live seafood; at least 3 years handling live seafood.
