Job summary

RECRUITMENT SUPPORT PTE. LTD. in Singapore West/CBD is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. The role operates 5 days a week (11.30am-10pm) and offers a salary guideline of SGD 3,000–5,000, depending on experience.

You will collaborate with executive chefs to deliver Korean cuisine with meticulous recipe execution, maintain station readiness, and uphold top standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a culinary degree or relevant credential.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
• Demonstrate leadership, organization, and a firm grasp of food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive chefs to deliver consistently outstanding Korean cuisine.
• Follow and execute recipes with care and attention to detail.
• Prep your station thoroughly and keep it service-ready.
• Cook a wide range of dishes while upholding our presentation and quality benchmarks.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food storage.
• Label and rotate stock accurately to ensure freshness and traceability.
• Contribute to a smooth, safe, and collaborative kitchen atmosphere where creativity thrives.
