Job summary

AL AJWAA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Head Chef with strong experience in Middle Eastern and Turkish cuisine to lead kitchen operations.

You will oversee day-to-day preparation, train other chefs, monitor performance, and ensure every menu item meets taste and quality standards by maintaining a rigorous checklist. You will also introduce new variations to keep offerings fresh.

Head Chef having the experience in Middle Eastern/Turkish cuisine

is needed. We are specialized in authentic Middle Eastern/ Turkish

Cuisine and therfore need genuine Masterchef to prepare our dishes

besides introducing new variations to our menu to widen our

offerings over time. Day to day preparation, training to other chef

and monitoring their performance. Maintain and assign standard

checklist in preparation of each menu to maintain the taste and

quality of food
