The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Head Car Mechanic in Tampines to lead a workshop team and oversee daily operations. You will diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems across various makes and models.

With a minimum of 5 years' experience and strong leadership skills, you will supervise 3–8 mechanics, train juniors, and coordinate with workshop staff to meet productivity targets. Starting salary ranges from 3,200 to 4,200 SGD per month.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues.
• Perform servicing and maintenance on various makes/models.
• Supervise daily workshop operations and assign workloads.
• Coach and mentor junior mechanics.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors regarding repair requirements.
• Monitor employee performance and report improvements.

Head Car Mechanic

Working Days: Monday to Saturday :9am to 6pm

Working Location: Tampines

Starting Salary: $3200 - $4200 （depends on experience)

Technical and Repair Duties

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues.


• Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair works on various vehicle makes and models.


• Conduct engine, transmission, suspension, steering, braking, air-conditioning, and electrical system repairs.

Leadership and Team Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations.


• Assign jobs and workloads to mechanics based on skill level and workshop priorities.


• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to workshop staff.


• Train and mentor junior mechanics


• Monitor employee performance and recommend improvements


• Assist management in evaluating workshop staff and identifying training needs.

Workshop Operations

• Support the Workshop Manager in achieving productivity and efficiency targets.


• Report equipment defects or maintenance requirements promptly.


• Assist in inventory monitoring and parts management.


• Coordinate with Parts Advisors and Service Advisors regarding repair requirements.


• Provide accurate technical information relating to vehicle conditions and repair requirements.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years' experience for Head Car Mechanic position


• Able to diagnose Japanese, Continental and hybrid vehicles


• Able to supervise 3-8 mechanics
