Job summary

BOSEN HR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor for our hardware shop and warehouse.

You will supervise daily shop and warehouse activities, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations. You will assist customers with product inquiries and pricing, manage stock and inventory, process orders and quotations, coordinate with suppliers, and help resolve issues while ensuring a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in hardware, retail, warehouse or sales operations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lead and supervise a team.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily hardware shop/warehouse operations.
• Manage and assign tasks to staff and monitor work performance.
• Assist customers with hardware products, pricing and product enquiries.
• Manage stock, inventory levels, receiving and issuing of goods.
• Check orders, deliveries and ensure products are properly stored.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and sales orders when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on orders and deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, safe and properly organised.
• Train and guide staff on product knowledge and work procedures.
