Job summary

CubePay in Singapore is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Assistant (Full-Time) to support daily operations in our warehouse. Training will be provided, and prior warehouse experience is not required, making it a great entry point for candidates who value practical, routine work.

You will handle loading, packing, stock checks, and ensure safety and orderly workflows while maintaining cleanliness and following procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to handle items weighing 10–28 kg.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and communicate with the team.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Familiar with basic IT terms such as LAN, Wi‑Fi, mobile data and internet.
• Warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Awareness of workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of goods
• Packing and organizing payment terminals and accessories
• Preparing and checking shipments
• Performing basic stock checks and simple record updates
• Refurbishing and handling returned equipment
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and observing safety practices
• Following established warehouse procedures and work instructions
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring timely completion
