Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Architect in Singapore, delivering hands-on architecture for a B2B fresh food supply chain. You will own critical modules, from domain modeling to implementation, enabling scale to 10,000+ daily orders and multi-warehouse operations.

You will drive architecture governance, stability, and AI-assisted coding practices, guiding cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and logistics to ensure reliable, scalable delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership.
Strong hands-on coding ability and ownership of core systems.
Track record of leading major system evolution or data migrations with measurable results.
Experience in B2B, fresh food or multi-warehouse domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deeply understand order, product, pricing, inventory and fulfillment flows; model domains and boundaries.
Design and deliver architecture changes end-to-end with hands-on implementation.
Establish SLOs, monitoring, and incident response for core systems.
Guide teams on decomposition, data modeling, and refactoring; reduce microservice sprawl.
Promote AI-native engineering practices with guardrails and quality gates.
