10X AI Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Architect (Hands-on) for our B2B fresh food supply chain platform.

Based at The JTC Summit, you will own core architecture, write critical code, and drive delivery across order, inventory, and settlement flows. You will model domains, build scalable systems, and mentor engineers while maintaining stability, observability, and velocity. Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in architecture, core system ownership, or technical leadership.
Strong hands-on coding ability — willing to stay hands-on, not just plan and review.
Experience leading at least one core system evolution, refactor, data migration, or stability initiative with measurable results.

Responsibilities

Understand FoodMax's order, product, pricing, inventory, procurement, warehousing, picking, delivery, after-sales, and merchant settlement flows.
Define core domain objects, boundaries, and state machines, focusing on order splitting, inventory consistency, and fulfillment coordination.
Design scalable system models for fresh food with high-frequency procurement, tight time windows, variable-weight items, and stockouts.
Set the technical roadmap toward 10,000+ daily orders, multi-warehouse operations, and platformization.
Own architecture initiatives end-to-end: design, review, implementation, and production outcomes.
