Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company in Singapore seeks a hands-on Process Engineer, Injection Molding to support and optimize manufacturing within a regulated medical device environment. The role focuses on developing, validating, troubleshooting, and continuously improving molding processes to meet SQDCP objectives.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling, Automation, and Engineering to drive OEE improvements, support NPI and scale-up, and provide technical leadership and mentoring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
3–5 years of hands-on injection molding experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality systems.
Experience with DOE and statistical tools.

Responsibilities

Lead daily injection molding operations to meet SQDCP targets.
Develop and optimize robust molding processes using Scientific Molding and DOE.
Troubleshoot molding, automation, tooling, material, and process issues to minimize downtime.
Support new product introduction, process transfers, qualification activities, and manufacturing scale-up.
Provide technical coaching and mentorship to Process Technicians and Operators.
