Hudson River Trading is seeking a Deployment Engineer in Singapore to join our global Systems and Network teams. You will own hands-on data center work, maintaining resilient trading infrastructure and coordinating with remote hands to keep systems running 24/7.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, data center infrastructure experience.
• Basic Linux/UNIX command-line skills.
• Fundamental networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Scripting ability for automation (Bash or Python) is a plus.
• Experience with servers, NICs, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate with remote hands and carriers across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for remote hands and DC technicians for hardware installs and repairs
• Perform routine server and network hardware maintenance
• Ensure network circuits are operational and troubleshoot link issues with carriers
• Install operating systems and perform basic server configurations
• Track physical assets across global data center locations
• Script basic automation for checks and reporting
• Coordinate with Trading Operations for scheduled maintenance
• Troubleshoot live production connectivity and hardware failures
