Job summary

Hudson River Trading is seeking engineers for its Singapore office to power expansion into Asia-Pacific markets. You will work with the algo and operations teams to ensure trading success and optimize performance in markets where HRT already has a presence.

You will own the process of entering new markets, adapt to market changes, and contribute to the bottom line as HRT grows its global footprint through robust software and reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• C++ experience required and UNIX familiarity.
• Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience developing market data and order entry systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the process of entering new markets and manage market changes over time.
• Work closely with algo and operations teams to optimize trading performance.
• Analyze and fix problems quickly and improve code quality.
