Job summary

You will plan ideas, story-tell, shoot, edit, post, and continually improve performance across platforms. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking and execution on media projects.

You will work closely with founders to shape brand storytelling, craft hooks, and drive audience engagement, balancing creative concepts with tangible results in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, marketing, or media.
• Ability to execute content consistently across formats.
• Understanding of social platforms, hooks, storytelling, and audience behaviour.
• Ability to identify what works and improve content over time.
• Hands-on with filming and editing, and able to direct shoots.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategy and planning across brands.
• Film short-form content (Reels, TikTok) and participate in shoots.
• Edit videos and maintain tone, style, and clarity.
• Post content across platforms with strong captions and hooks.
• Analyze performance and iteratively improve future content.
