Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Service focus with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic command of English for communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the preparation of all meals to high quality standards.
• Position kitchen staff to maximise kitchen efficiencies.
• Manage kitchen inventory and supplier deliveries.
• Perform daily operation tasks in line with SOP.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across kitchen areas.
• Assist with staff orientation and on-the-job training.
• Follow opening and closing procedures; undertake ad-hoc duties.
