A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Halal Certificate Compliance Processing Officer. This role supports the compliance program and requires independent project work and client interactions. Responsibilities include compliance audits, documentation of activities, and communication with clients for effective service delivery. Candidates should have a Diploma in Food Science or related fields and ideally possess at least a year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year working experience as Halal Officer, Food Technologist or Lab Technician.
• Able to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed audit and investigation reports highlighting non-compliance risks.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and close audits efficiently.
• Perform compliance audits and monitor various Halal operations.
• Communicate proactively with clients to gather feedback.
