Job summary

JOHWA HAIR & LIVING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced hairstylist to analyze clients' head shapes and hair conditions, and to propose customized designs before services such as cuts, perms, and coloring.

You will perform hair treatments, manage returning customers, and contribute to brand growth through SNS content and styling shoots—while maintaining salon service standards.

Qualifications

• Professional license or certification in hairdressing.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• 2-year fixed-term contract required.
• Basic English communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer’s head shape, face shape, hair condition, and lifestyle
• Provide customized design proposals before services such as haircuts, perms, and coloring
• Offer aftercare guidance and styling coaching following treatments

Hair Services

• Perform haircuts, perms, coloring, and treatments
• Select appropriate products based on hair condition and minimize hair damage during procedures
• Operate scalp and hair care programs

Customer Management

• Manage returning customers and build long-term client relationships
• Maintain service records and handle customer concerns
• Ensure high service quality to improve customer satisfaction

Teamwork & Salon Operations

• Participate in internal training and Jo:Hwa education programs
• Maintain salon service standards and brand values
• Contribution to Brand Growth
• Collaborate on SNS content and styling photo shoots
• Develop signature services and build personal portfolios

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant professional license or certification holder
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
• 2-year contract required
