Job summary

K'S TALENT RECRUITMENT is seeking a hairstylist to recommend styles and products based on clients' hair type, condition, and desires. You will maintain salon supplies, provide color and chemical services, and perform shampooing and styling to prepare clients for appointments.

They will consult with clients on cut and color options aligned with lifestyle, ensure sanitation standards, and educate clients on product usage and maintenance of their style.

Responsibilities

• Providing recommendations on styles and products that will be most beneficial to clients based on their hair type, condition, and style desires
• Maintaining inventory of supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, hair color, and other products used in salons
• Applying chemical services such as coloring, relaxing, or straightening hair
• Performing shampooing and conditioning services on clients to prepare hair for styling
• Providing consultation services to clients regarding cut and color options based on their lifestyle needs and preferences
• Cleaning workstations between appointments to ensure sanitation standards are met
• Demonstrating proper shampooing, cutting, and styling techniques to clients
• Educating clients about product use, hair care instructions, and maintenance of their style
• Consulting with clients on style choices to meet their needs and preferences
