Job summary

THE HAIR'S INN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced hair stylist to deliver professional hair services, build strong client relationships, and contribute to salon sales while upholding high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

You will perform cutting, colouring, perming, rebonding and styling, assess hair and scalp conditions, provide consultations, and leverage an existing client base to drive growth in a stable, team-oriented salon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional hairdressing experience.
• Existing customer base is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, colouring, perming, rebonding, and styling services to meet client preferences and enhance appearance
• Assess hair and scalp conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer needs and suggest suitable hairstyles and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Work independently and collaboratively within the salon team to achieve individual and salon sales targets
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional work environment at all times
• Demonstrate responsibility, motivation, and a service-oriented approach in daily tasks
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge through learning and feedback
• Leverage any existing customer base to support salon growth
