Job summary

Vintage Emerald PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced hair salon manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability at the Singapore outlet.

Requires a minimum of 5 years in hairdressing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and a focus on staff development, service quality, and achieving targets. You will uphold high housekeeping standards and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hairdressing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.
• Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
• Oversee and assist in operational matters.
• Performs advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
• Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
• Upsells clients on products and services.
• Lead team with exceptional customer service.
• Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets.
• Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.
• Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and maintained at all times.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
