INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking an energetic Hair Stylist to join a modern beauty team at Orchard Central. This role covers cutting, coloring, bleaching, treatments, and styling, with room to grow from entry-level to senior levels.

You will consult clients, maintain hygiene, stay current with trends, and build a loyal clientele while collaborating with a supportive team. Flexible weekends and shift hours align with salon needs, offering commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role.
• Certification from a recognized cosmetology or hair styling school.
• Solid knowledge of hair types, scalp care, and chemical treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and customer-focused service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, bleaching, highlights, treatments, and styling.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's needs and preferences.

Salary Range: Starting from $3,000/month

Working Days: 5–6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Complete services within the allocated time to maintain efficient appointment flow.
• Demonstrate continuous learning by introducing new trends, techniques, or services.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, professional, and supportive salon environment.
